Thank you for considering Carter Romine Ministries to be part of what God is doing in your church, event, or gathering. Carter's desire is to serve with humility, sensitivity to the Holy Spirit, and a heart to help create space for people to encounter Jesus.

Carter is not approaching invitations as an entertainer, but as a worship leader who wants to minister from a place of prayer, preparation, and genuine care for the room. Each invitation is considered prayerfully based on the heart, vision, and alignment of the gathering.

Before submitting an invitation, please make sure the primary decision makers are generally aligned on the details below so the conversation can move forward clearly and honorably.

Is this a single-service event or multi-session event? Approximate Ministry Length Per Session How many sessions would Carter be part of? Will there be a house worship band? Are tracks / click available or needed? Please outline the full event schedule, especially if there are multiple sessions. What is the desired worship style or setlist direction? Are there any theological, cultural, or house preferences Carter should know?

Travel, Hospitality & Honorarium

These details help determine feasibility and preparation needs.

Traveling team: Carter travels with at least one additional male team member. Please plan accommodations for a minimum of 2 people. If an overnight stay is required, one hotel room is typically sufficient unless Carter is bringing a band or larger team, which would require additional accommodations. Carter prefers to stay in a 3+ star hotel, as rest and comfort are important for serving well.

Will travel be required? Can your organization provide lodging if needed? Honorarium / Budget

Honorarium is not the deciding factor in whether Carter will accept or serve at your event. Each invitation is prayerfully considered based on the heart, vision, and alignment of the gathering.

When travel is required, lodging, meals, mileage, flights, or other travel expenses should be discussed separately from the honorarium unless otherwise agreed upon in advance.
